How are Conferencing Minutes Calculated?
The number of minutes used each month is calculated by adding up the total minutes each participant uses per call.
If a participant does not stay on the call for the full duration of the call, the system only calculates the actual minutes that participant was on the call.
If the plan has multiple dedicated lines, the usage adds the minutes for all participants on all calls for all lines.
